Conference Proposals
The Journal of Smart Algorithms and Applications (JSAA) welcomes proposals for academic conferences, symposia, workshops, and other scientific events that align with the journal's scope and uphold high standards of scholarly excellence.
JSAA collaborates with academic institutions, professional societies, and research organizations to support scientific events that promote knowledge exchange, foster international collaboration, and provide opportunities for publishing high-quality research.
Conference organizers interested in collaborating with JSAA are invited to submit a Conference Proposal for editorial consideration.
The proposal should include the following information:
- Conference title
- Theme and objectives
- Organizing institution(s)
- Conference dates and venue
- Scientific committee members
- Expected number of participants
- Conference website (if available)
- Proposed publication plan (e.g., Special Issue or Proceedings)
- Contact person's name, affiliation, and email address

All proposals are evaluated by the Editorial Board based on their academic quality, relevance to the journal's scope, organizational readiness, and expected scientific impact.
The journal aims to acknowledge receipt of conference proposals within five working days. Following the editorial evaluation, applicants will be notified of the outcome as soon as the review process is completed.
