SIRG Membership

The Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG) is committed to supporting researchers, academics, institutions, and scientific communities by providing opportunities for professional engagement, knowledge exchange, and participation in SIRG-supported scholarly activities.

SIRG Membership is designed to connect researchers and academic professionals across disciplines, particularly in computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering, technology, business, and related fields.

Membership provides access to selected benefits and opportunities offered by SIRG during the active membership period.

Individual Membership Benefits

Active individual members may receive the following benefits:

  1. Reduced registration fees for selected conferences, workshops, seminars, and other scientific events organized or supported by SIRG.

  2. Discounts on selected SIRG services and conference proceedings, where applicable.

  3. Advance notifications of Calls for Papers and scientific activities, including conferences, workshops, and other research-related events supported by SIRG.

  4. Eligibility for membership-related discounts on Article Processing Charges (APCs) for eligible SIRG journals, where such discounts are available and subject to the applicable journal APC policy.

  5. Opportunities to participate in selected SIRG academic and research activities, including scientific events, researcher engagement initiatives, and other scholarly programs.

  6. Recognition as a SIRG Member during the active membership period, subject to SIRG's membership terms and conditions.

Institutional Membership Benefits

Institutional Membership is intended for universities, research institutions, academic organizations, laboratories, companies, and other organizations seeking broader engagement with SIRG's scholarly activities.

Depending on the membership category, institutional members may receive:

  • Membership access for the specified number of eligible users.

  • Reduced registration fees for selected SIRG-supported scientific events.

  • Access to selected institutional research and academic engagement opportunities.

  • Advance notifications of SIRG scientific events, Calls for Papers, and other research activities.

  • Eligibility for selected institutional discounts and benefits offered by SIRG.

  • Opportunities for institutional collaboration in selected research, academic, and scientific initiatives.

Membership and Editorial Independence

SIRG Membership has no influence on editorial decisions.

Membership does not:

  • Guarantee manuscript acceptance or publication.

  • Influence peer-review outcomes.

  • Provide preferential treatment during editorial evaluation.

  • Guarantee faster peer review or publication.

  • Affect the selection of reviewers or editorial decisions.

  • Exempt authors from any journal's submission, peer-review, ethical, or publication requirements.

All manuscripts submitted to SIRG journals are evaluated independently according to the journal's aims and scope, editorial policies, peer-review procedures, publication ethics requirements, and scholarly quality standards.

Membership-related APC discounts, where applicable, do not constitute a condition for acceptance and do not affect the editorial decision-making process.

Developing Country Membership

The Developing Country Membership category is intended to support researchers who are based in eligible developing or lower-resource countries.

Eligibility is determined according to SIRG's applicable membership criteria and may be subject to verification of the member's institutional affiliation and country of residence.

Membership Fees and Transparency

Membership fees are separate from any manuscript submission, peer-review, editorial, or publication decision.

Where an APC discount is available to an eligible member, the applicable discount and conditions will be communicated transparently before publication-related charges are incurred.

Membership fees are not publication fees and payment of a membership fee does not guarantee publication in any SIRG journal.
